The PSR DB facility for the SX series and related products is introduced by NEC to provide a fast and easily accessible interface between the customers and NEC. Via this way users can submit reports about general problems or problems during operation as well as suggestions for enhancements of SX series related products. These queries are then distributed by the PSR DB system to the appropriate addressee within NEC to enable a fast response and assistance.
